Last Friday, it became OFFICIAL when we announced via Twitter that we had officially signed up to a lease on our first proper store at Trinity Kitchen in Leeds. Surprised that a London based street food crew would choose to make their first step into the property ladder so far out of town?

We had our first experience working in Leeds back in April when we took our #RollCage out for its first public showing. At the time we didn’t know what would happen, but the the people of Leeds blew us away with their passion for quality street food and our brand of EPIC flavour!  We enjoyed one of the best months we’ve ever had and when the opportunity arose to put and offer on a permanent spot it was a no-brainer.

Six weeks on since we made our offer we are in full flight towards our September opening (follow on Twitter or Instagram to hear full launch details first).
